Champions Gate villas are where value and quality meet most comfortably in our Orlando collection. Homes range from four bedrooms up to eight, sleeping between eight and eighteen guests. Nearly all come with a private pool. The community sits fifteen minutes from Walt Disney World, just off Interstate 4. It has its own Oasis Club resort centre. For groups who want a proper luxury villa without a top-tier nightly rate, this is our most requested community.
Why Champions Gate Villas Work for Mid-Sized Groups
Not every family needs thirteen bedrooms. Most of our enquiries come from two families travelling together, or one large family with grandparents. That shape of group fits a Champions Gate home perfectly.
The layouts help. Most Champions Gate villas split bedrooms across two floors, so early risers and late sleepers do not collide. Kitchens are large enough for two cooks. Living space is open-plan. It flows straight out to the pool deck, which is where everybody ends up by four o’clock anyway.
Storage is the underrated part. Two families arrive with buggies, cool boxes and a fortnight of laundry, and these houses swallow all of it.
You also get a genuinely quiet street. Champions Gate is residential in character, gated, and patrolled overnight. It does not feel like a holiday complex, and for a lot of our returning clients that is precisely the appeal.
Oasis Club, Lazy River and Golf
The Oasis Club is the community’s clubhouse, and it punches well above the price tier. It holds a lazy river, a resort pool with a waterslide and a splash pad for small children. There is also a tiki bar, a restaurant, a cinema room, a fitness suite and a games arcade. Access is included for guests in most of our homes.
Golfers have two Greg Norman-designed courses on the doorstep, the National and the International. There is also a par-three course and a well-stocked pro shop. Tee times are straightforward to book, and green fees here are noticeably kinder than at the premium resorts nearby.
Getting Around the Community
The community spreads across several enclaves. The walk from one end to the Oasis Club is longer than it looks on paper. Our Champions Gate map shows exactly where each enclave sits relative to the clubhouse, the golf courses and the I-4 exit. Check it before you choose a house — it is the question we field most often.
Choosing Between Champions Gate Villas
Bedroom count is the obvious filter, but pool orientation matters nearly as much. A south or west-facing pool deck holds sun into the evening. For larger parties, the 9-bedroom Champions Gate villas sit at the top of the community. They are the natural step up before you start looking at Encore or Reunion.
On price, Champions Gate Orlando rentals typically run below both neighbouring resorts for a comparable bedroom count. You give up a little. There are no thirteen-bedroom estates, and the water park is smaller than Encore’s. But the saving across a fortnight is substantial. It usually buys the group an extra day of park tickets.
How Does It Compare to Encore and Reunion?
Straightforwardly: Champions Gate villas are the value tier, Encore Resort villas are the amenity tier, and Reunion Resort villas are the luxury and golf tier. All three sit within fifteen minutes of each other. We will happily talk you out of the expensive one if the cheaper one fits better.
