Planning the perfect family holiday starts with choosing the right place to stay. Our collection of Luxury Family Vacation Homes Orlando offers everything families need for an unforgettable Florida vacation, from spacious living areas and private swimming pools to games rooms, home cinemas and easy access to Walt Disney World.

Whether you’re travelling with toddlers, teenagers or grandparents, a luxury villa allows everyone to enjoy the holiday at their own pace.
Guests regularly browse our Luxury Orlando Villas, Luxury Orlando Vacation Homes, Private Villas Orlando and Orlando Vacation Villas before choosing the perfect family villa.

Why Choose Luxury Family Vacation Homes Orlando?
In my opinion, family holidays become far more enjoyable when everyone has their own space.
Instead of squeezing into adjoining hotel rooms, our Luxury Family Vacation Homes Orlando provide spacious open-plan living areas, multiple bedrooms and fantastic outdoor spaces where everyone can relax together.
Some of the features our families love include:
- Private swimming pools
- Spa pools
- Games rooms
- Home cinemas
- Fully equipped kitchens
- Outdoor dining areas
- BBQ facilities
- Large family lounges
After spending the day at Disney World, there’s nothing better than returning to your own villa, cooking dinner together and enjoying an evening swim before bed.
That’s something a hotel simply can’t offer.
Luxury Family Vacation Homes Orlando Near Disney World
One of the biggest advantages of our Luxury Family Vacation Homes Orlando is their fantastic location.

Families often compare:
- Family Villas Near Disney World
- Luxury Villas Near Disney
- Private Pool Villas Near Disney World
- Disney Villas with Private Pools
- Villas Near Disney World Orlando
before deciding which villa best suits their family.
Being able to spend the morning at Magic Kingdom and the afternoon relaxing beside your own pool is one of the biggest reasons guests return year after year.

Luxury Family Vacation Homes Orlando in Encore Resort

The combination of luxury villas and outstanding resort facilities makes it particularly appealing for children.
Families regularly book:
- Encore Resort Villas

One of the things I like most is that children can enjoy the resort water park during the day before returning to the villa for another swim in their own private pool.
It’s a combination that’s hard to beat.
Luxury Family Vacation Homes Orlando in Margaritaville Resort Orlando
Margaritaville Resort Orlando offers a completely different style of family holiday.
Instead of focusing purely on the villa, the entire resort becomes part of the experience.
Our collection of:
gives families easy access to Sunset Walk, excellent restaurants, Island H2O Water Park and plenty of evening entertainment.
It’s one of the few Orlando communities where you can comfortably leave the car behind for the evening and simply enjoy everything within walking distance.
For many families, that’s a huge advantage.
Why Orlando Is a Fantastic Destination for Food Lovers
While Orlando is famous for its theme parks, I genuinely think it’s one of Florida’s best destinations for food as well.
Whether you’re looking for family-friendly restaurants, award-winning steakhouses, international cuisine or quick breakfasts before heading to Disney, you’ll never run out of places to eat. One of my favourite areas is Sunset Walk, where you can enjoy everything from burgers at Ford’s Garage to relaxed outdoor dining in the evening.
If you’re planning your trip, I’d recommend exploring the official Visit Orlando dining guide for inspiration before you arrive.

Why Every Family Should Visit Kennedy Space Center
If you’re staying in Orlando for more than a week, I’d strongly recommend taking a day away from the theme parks to visit Kennedy Space Center.
For me, it’s one of the most inspiring attractions in Florida. Standing beneath the enormous Saturn V rocket and seeing Space Shuttle Atlantis up close gives you a real appreciation for what humanity has achieved. As someone who loves history, it’s one of my favourite day trips anywhere in the state.
The visitor complex also includes astronaut experiences, the Apollo/Saturn V Center and launch viewing opportunities, making it a full-day attraction.
You can plan your visit on the official Kennedy Space Center Visitor Complex website and keep up to date with current missions through NASA.
Why Orlando Offers Much More Than Theme Parks
One of the reasons I keep coming back to Orlando is because every holiday can be completely different.
Of course, Disney World and Universal Orlando are world-famous, but there’s so much more to discover. Spend a morning playing championship golf, relax beside your private pool in the afternoon, explore Disney Springs or Sunset Walk in the evening, or take a day trip to Florida’s beautiful beaches.
That’s why I always recommend staying in a luxury villa rather than a hotel. It gives you the flexibility to enjoy everything Central Florida has to offer, not just the theme parks.
For more ideas while planning your holiday, the official Visit Florida tourism website is an excellent resource for attractions, beaches and day trips across the state.

In my opinion, the biggest advantages are space, privacy and flexibility. Luxury family vacation homes give you multiple bedrooms, spacious living areas, a fully equipped kitchen and often a private pool, making them ideal for families of all sizes.

Yes. Many of our luxury family vacation homes are located within 10 to 20 minutes of Walt Disney World, making it easy to enjoy the parks while staying in a peaceful villa community.
Which resorts offer the best luxury family vacation homes Orlando?
Some of our most popular family-friendly communities include Reunion Resort, Encore Resort, Margaritaville Resort Orlando, ChampionsGate and Solterra Resort. Each offers luxury villas with excellent amenities and convenient locations.

Absolutely. Many of our homes comfortably sleep 10, 12, 14 guests or more, making them ideal for extended families, multiple families travelling together or special celebrations.

Yes. Most of our luxury family vacation homes feature private screened swimming pools, and many also include spillover spas, covered lanais, outdoor dining areas and sun terraces.
Should I choose a private pool or a resort water park?
If possible, choose a villa that offers both. Personally, I think it’s the best combination.
